ELEVATING TEAM PERFORMANCE WITH LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHODS
This workshop is designed to build greater team cohesion, collaboration, trust and creativity through a 3D-Thinking approach. Through a highly interactive format, participants will use LEGO bricks to learn about important team dynamics and will engage in purposeful activities that foster building highly productive and innovative teams.

This discovery has a profound impact on self-awareness and when working with teams in problem-solving. Understanding your thinking preference when problem-solving can help foster innovative solutions and productivity.
BREAKTHROUGH SOLUTIONS WITH CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING
In this workshop, participants will learn various engaging tools that can be used to take problems or potential opportunities through the Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) process of clarify, ideate, develop and implement. Participants will be able to find innovative solutions that can be implemented with action plans.
