DISCOVERING YOUR THINKING STYLE WITH THE FOURSIGHT® ASSESSMENT
We all approach solving problems in unique ways. By utilizing the FourSight® assessment, this workshop will give participants an opportunity to discover what stage of the problem-solving process they most and least prefer. This discovery has a profound impact on self-awareness and when working with teams in problem-solving. Understanding your thinking preference when problem-solving can help foster innovative solutions and productivity.
In this workshop, participants will learn various engaging tools that can be used to take problems or potential opportunities through the Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) process and to find innovative solutions that can be implemented with action plans.
